General Wellness Only: The App is for informational purposes only. Calorie counts, macro targets, and AI coaching are estimates. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice.
Physician Consultation: You MUST consult a doctor before starting any diet or exercise program suggested by the App. Individuals with history of eating disorders or medical conditions affected by diet should not use this App.
AI food scanning is experimental and prone to error. You assume all responsibility for verifying the accuracy of nutritional data before consumption.
Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds must be requested through the respective app stores.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUTRIVA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR WRONGFUL DEATH, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT $50 OR THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these terms.
